P4: Create the planned interactive product
M3: Create a graphical user interface combining media elements with user activity
Below I have included screenshots from an 11 section HTML coding guide I went through in order to learn HTML
The coding languages I will be using to make my website will be HTML and CSS. I wont be using javascript because I believe that I can achieve what I need without using an extra language which I think isn't as powerful as CSS and is mainly used to interactive elements which I'll implement using a website hosting application
HTML, or HyperText Markup Language, is a form of code used to create websites on the internet. HTML can only really be used for the backbone of the website and its basics and most visual or interactive features are put in using different codes which are implemented within HTML.
CSS, or Cascading Style Sheets, is a coding language used for deciding the presentation and the visual outcome of the original HTML base. This includes colours, layout, and fonts. CSS has a large variety of formatting options and allows for greater formatting options.
I hope to mainly use HTML for my website as it will allow me to simply create the backbone of the site as well as to create simple tables where I can organise information on the website. I will also use CSS for visual aspects of my website as CSS allows for a large variety of formatting options. Java will only occasionally be used in my website and this will only be for features like videos and audio players.
I have also included notes and some code which I learnt from the lessons I took in HTML

Website folder layout
Below are screen shots of the folder directory I created for my website.
To add interactivity to my website I decided to add a music player as well as embedded youtube links for different videos I will include on the website. The audience will also able to purchase merchandise on the website as well as the music displayed. As I'm adding a music player to the website, the audience will be able to preview whole albums and songs before making a purchase as people are much more likely to make a purchase if they are able to preview what they are about to buy. Links to various social medias will be scattered around the website so that the artist is able to gain more of a following.
Making the website
Below are screenshots I've included which I took whilst going through the process of making my website.
